Trial of the Coral Champion

The Kotei in Seattle is over, and Crane won the Trial of the Coral Champion. We’ve got a little story for you that incorporates the outcome of both Koteis into our world.

The Seattle Kotei, held at Around the Table Pub, saw eight competitors vying for the position of Coral Champion, the ultimate authority on religious matters as well as the final say on who gets to establish territory where. The semi finals saw Crane vs Dragon and Phoenix vs Unicorn. The finals were Crane vs Unicorn, with the Crane seizing victory piloted by Tancho.

Tancho was left with many options of what he would like to do, but ultimately settled on Paragon of Grace as a direct counter to the Chronicler of Calamities, as well as for the fact that it played a crucial part in several of the matches throughout the Kotei.

You can see the result here on Lotus Pavilion.

You can watch a few of the matches on our Youtube channel.

“One more thing. Something I found interesting with the Phoenix and the Unicorn. They wore medallions showing a fist made of jade.”
