Introduction

“Inheriting” the Legend of the Five Rings LCG gave us the opportunity to examine and tweak the foundations of the game we love, to iron out some of the fundamental flaws we see in the game’s design as well as the card pool. Over the course of time, we will release updates to the rules if necessary and adjust the Restricted List, Banned List and Splash Banned List accordingly. Those updated rules as well as the Emerald Edict (the lists) will be active in the Emerald Legacy Format and all of its events. You can download a short overview of all RRG changes, the current Emerald Legacy Rules Reference Guide, and the Emerald Edict below.
